How early may we arrive for our party?

This is a constant question we get. Our private party slots are booked in 2 hour increments with 1 hour in between to allow our staff suitable cleaning and disinfectant time. For this purpose we must insist that all parties start and end at the scheduled times. You may come 10 minutes prior to party time for setup but any earlier arrival or later departure MUST be arranged in advance during booking for an additional fee. This includes if you desire to come early to decorate or setup anything you desire for your party. Extra time is $100 per hour and MUST be reserved in advance.

How do I book a party at Skate A-Rama USA?

The quickest and easiest way is by using our website. Choose your desired package from the list, click on it which brings up our online calendar. Select your preferred date which will then show what time slots are available for that day. Click the time slot and it will carry you to the reservation page to complete your booking. If a day or time slot is not showing then it is not available.

You can also reserve in person during regular hours at the rink.

Are there cheaper packages for birthdays for groups smaller than 10?

Due to operational costs our minimum charge for individual groups is $200 and our birthday packages are $300. Unfortunately it costs us as much to hold a party for 5 as it does to hold a party for 25

Can we bring our own food and drinks for the parties?

Yes, If you reserve a party with us at Skate A-Rama USA you are welcome to bring the food and drinks (NO ALCOHOL) of your choice for you and your party guests to enjoy. We are an alcohol free facility so please do not bring any alcohol onto the premises. Party packages do no include any food or drinks so you are responsible for providing them if you so choose to have them.

THERE ARE NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED DURING REGULAR PUBLIC HOURS

Do the party packages include adults?

No, our packages are specifically designed for children. Adults do not count towards the package limits. Adults wishing to skate are $3 each for skate rental. Parents of the birthday child are free.

Are goody bags allowed at parties?

Yes, feel free to give out goody bags to your party guests. All we ask is that they not contain any type of chewing gum, stick suckers, or confetti items.

Can I bring a cake or party supplies during regular public hours to celebrate

No, you must reserve a Private Party slot to bring in any type of party supplies, birthday cake, goody bags, etc. All of our parties at Skate A-Rama are private so there are no public session parties. Absolutely no outside food or drinks are allowed during regular hours., including adults
